Please join renowned yoga teacher, Pam Gaither, and me for an afternoon to replenish body, mind, and soul. Invigorate your body and release tension from the stresses of daily life. Discover quiet within and connect with what’s important to you. This two-hour workshop will include the practice of mindfulness meditation as well as gentle yoga to guide you toward balanced action and inner calm. No meditation or yoga experience necessary.
