Topics in Mindfulness Class


This 5-week class is designed for those who want to explore and discuss various teachings in Buddhist practice. Each class will focus on a different topic and how it applies to our meditation practice and daily lives. Topics may include themes such as: the Noble Eight-fold path; the Brahma Viharas (qualities of love); the Hindrances; the causes of suffering, etc. Each class will include a talk, meditation practice, and discussion, and sharing, in a safe and supportive environment. Some familiarity with mindfulness and meditation is helpful. This class will be held via zoom. We meet on Fridays, October 2 - October 30, 1:00-2:15. Class fee: $130. Click to register.
