This group is for those with some meditation experience and practicing meditators alike. Classes will include talks drawing on the Buddhist roots of mindfulness and Vipassana/Insight teachings (and others), guided meditations, writing, and group sharing. The class is an ongoing group, where students sign up for multi-week segments at a time. New students can join at the new segment mark, space allowing.
This group, called a sangha, is a safe, supportive space where we can discuss our meditation practice and how it impacts our daily life. We will meet on zoom. The next session is Wednesdays, November 6 to December 18, 2024. There is no class on November 13 or December 11. This segment is 5 weeks in total. We meet from 11:00-12:15pm ET. Class fee: $130.
