Welcome to my blog - and website!

Just a quick note to welcome you. If you are interested in joining one of my classes or groups, please do let me know by visiting the Classes page and selecting what you are interested in. Clicking on the link at the end of the class description will send me an email - we can talk about your interests, I can answer any questions you may have, and you can register.

This blog is a space for reflections on concepts in mindfulness and ways it appears in everyday life - meditation ‘off the cushion’, as they say. These will be my observations, experiences, stories, and reflections - hopefully of interest and use as we move together along this path of waking up.

I will eventually write more here! Since summer 2020, I have been immersed in teaching. The pandemic has brought so many stresses for so many people - anxiety, loss, fear, and uncertainty - a lot to bring to our practice.
